A Nutrition Partner for Your Practice
I work with medical and behavioral health professionals seeking accessible, individualized nutrition support for their patients.
My approach is collaborative, weight-inclusive, and neurodivergent-affirming, with practical recommendations tailored to the person rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Patients work directly with my independent practice. Your office does not need to employ a nutrition professional or manage nutrition appointments.
When to Refer
I support a range of medical nutrition therapy needs, with particular experience in these areas:
Digestive & Gut Health
IBS, persistent digestive symptoms, food-related symptom management, and individualized nutrition strategies alongside medical evaluation.
Women's & Hormone-Related Health
Perimenopause, changing nutrition needs across midlife, and nutrition support for hormone-related concerns.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Nutrition
Autistic and ADHD adults and families navigating sensory food preferences, eating routines, nutrition adequacy, and digestive concerns.
Individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy
Support for nutrition-related chronic health concerns, sustainable eating patterns, and patient-centered behavior change without rigid food rules.
How to Refer a Patient
Your team can submit a referral online without creating a Practice Better account.
Complete the Referral Questionnaire
Use the Practice Better form to provide the referral details requested.
Review the Referral Instructions
Review the MNT referral process document for documentation requirements and next steps.
Coordinate Next Steps
Our practice will follow its intake and eligibility process. Clinical communication with your office can occur when appropriate and authorized by the patient.
Insurance & Payment Options
Nutrition counseling may be available through participating commercial insurance plans, including Aetna and Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, subject to individual plan benefits and eligibility.
Self-pay appointments are also available. Insurance coverage, medical necessity requirements, referrals, and patient responsibility vary by plan. Eligibility and benefits should be confirmed before services are provided.
Specialized laboratory interpretation and concierge services are separate from insurance-billed MNT and may not be covered by insurance.
Professional Collaboration
Interested in an Ongoing Referral Relationship?
I welcome conversations with physicians, therapists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary practices seeking an independent nutrition referral resource.
Let's explore how nutrition care can complement the services you already provide.
